Job summary

CONSTRUCT FITNESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a front-of-house team member to help run daily gym operations. You will welcome members, assist coaches, manage class schedules, and handle enquiries across social media, phone, and email.

You’ll monitor peak hours, keep the space clean and safe, process memberships and payments, and help build a vibrant, connected gym community.

This role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing situations throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gym floor during peak hours to manage the flow of people and prevent chaos.
• Oversee daily transitions between sessions so members move through the facility smoothly.
• Routinely inspect the facility and fitness equipment, keeping space clean, tidy and safe.
• Serve as the primary, welcoming face of the gym, greeting members and addressing needs.
• Handle daily enquiries promptly across channels (social media, messaging apps, phone, email).
• Manage class schedules, bookings, cancellations, and waiting lists efficiently.
• Execute general administrative tasks, including membership check-ins, payments, and record updates.
• Build meaningful relationships with new and existing members to foster a tight-knit community.
• Assist in creating a welcoming, high-energy environment that encourages member retention.
