Job summary

HOMEGROUND PEAKNIQ PTE. LTD. is seeking a dual-role leader to coach a team and manage daily gym operations. You will set coaching standards, drive member experience, and own sales targets while ensuring smooth FOH functioning.

You’ll lead trainings, onboard new members, and maintain CRM and payment records, acting as the face of the brand and a people-first leader committed to client success.

Qualifications

• Certified fitness professional with coaching leadership experience.
• Ability to onboard and retain members, drive sales and renewals.
• Experience mentoring/trainings staff and managing a gym floor.

About the role

This is a dual role combining hands-on coaching leadership with day-to-day gym management and front-of-house (FOH) operations. You'll set the standard for coaching quality while also owning the member experience, sales, and daily running of the gym. You're the face of the brand equally comfortable running a client's program, running the floor and team.

Key responsibilities

• Be a competent, friendly and responsible personal trainer to clients

About you

• Recognized fitness certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent)
• Current CPR & AED certification
• 2+ years coaching experience, with prior experience leading or mentoring other trainers preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and a people-first leader who genuinely enjoys building relationships
• Confident speaking to members and recommending memberships/programs
• Organized, reliable, and dependable in representing the gym's brand and culture
• Comfortable using digital systems (CRM, booking/payment platforms)
• Detail-oriented, with an eye for what improves member satisfaction
• Humble, ready-to-learn attitude
• Serious about building a career in the fitness industry
