Job summary

WATCHTOWER HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to guide members toward their fitness goals through personalized programs and group classes such as HIIT.

You will deliver result-driven training, educate members, and maintain safety while achieving monthly sales and service targets with the team. Enjoy above-market pay, commissions, benefits, and a positive, energetic workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one recognized personal training qualification (e.g. ACE, NCSF, NSCA).
• CPR/AED & First Aid certified.
• 1-year experience preferred.

• Ensure daily operational flow pertaining to club/gym SOPs and culture.
• Working closely with the Manager on a regular basis to ensure club/gym goals, requirements are met or up to standards.
• Conduct group classes like HIIT.
