Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service focused outlet staff to join our team. You will provide quality service, assist in opening and closing the outlet, prepare and serve foods, and market menu items to customers.

The role also involves handling cashiering duties, establishing rapport with guests, maintaining stock records, and performing other duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience in similar field are required.
• F&B Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Commitment to quality service and service excellence.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and housekeeping duties
• Assist in opening and closing of the outlet
• Prepare and serve foods to customer
