Job description

Location: Bugis / Orchard
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM (rotating shifts)

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and throughout their stay
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Respond to guest enquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
  • Maintain and update guest records accurately in the system
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure all guest needs are addressed efficiently
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging, with guests from all walks of life
  • Resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn — full training will be provided
  • Passion for delivering great service and creating memorable guest interactions
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays
