Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and the ability to translate guest needs into personalised service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest requests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone, email and other channels.
• Ensure no overlap of reservations and that tables are ready for guests.
• Welcome guests, address by name, and personalize experiences.
• Maintain and update guest profiles and engage with guests on menu changes and events.
• Carry out duties as assigned by the Manager.
