Job summary

RED VELVET BALLROOM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cashier cum Customer Service to greet guests, manage reservations, and handle payments on-site in Singapore. You will also assist with seating, maintain a tidy dining area, and uphold food hygiene and safety guidelines.

As the cashier and host/hostess, you will balance the register at the end of shifts, respond to enquiries, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to seats at arrival.
• Receive reservations in person and by phone.
• Operate and manage the cash register and handle payments (cash, card, digital).
• Balance cash register at end of shift or period.
• Clear and reset tables after guests finish dining.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
