Job summary
SINGAPORE HOSPITALITY GROUP PTE. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Waiter/Waitress/Cashier to provide excellent customer service in a restaurant setting in Singapore. You will greet guests, supervise junior staff, prepare dining areas, and manage cash transactions.
The ideal candidate should have at least a GEC O Level or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or cashiering. Strong communication skills and a commitment to food hygiene are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Cashiering position.
- Ability to manage customer enquiries and reservations professionally.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and digital payment processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Supervise and guide junior service crew members.
- Prepare tables for meals and keep serving stations well-stocked.
- Assist with seating arrangements and serve as host/hostess.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately.
