Job summary

Everpure is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will focus on go-to-market hiring across sales, presales, and customer experience, and you will be the engine behind our pipelines for these roles.

This role offers a chance to influence hiring strategy in a fast-growing, highly competitive market and to work from our Singapore office in alignment with Everpure policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sourcing experience for sales/presales/go-to-market roles in competitive markets.
• Fluent English and Mandarin preferred for APJ regional work.
• Strong ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales/GTM recruiters and hiring managers to translate hiring plans into sourcing strategies.
• Run intake sessions to define target profiles, search criteria, and key companies.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, talent mapping, and referrals.
• Proactively source, engage, and qualify passive candidates for senior GTM roles.
• Craft personalised outreach that yields responses from senior sales, presales, and customer experience professionals.
• Advise on market trends, talent supply, compensation signals, and competitor landscape.
