You will oversee e-commerce, procurement, logistics, marketing, and finance; lead personal shopping and online retail services; and build strong supplier and partner networks to drive revenue and profitability while advancing digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or information systems field.
• 10+ years of managerial or leadership experience in e-commerce/retail/trading/consumer products.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and operational management.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams and business operations.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement growth strategies.
• Proficient in the use of e-commerce platforms and digital business tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, objectives, and growth plans.
• Oversee operations across e-commerce, procurement, customer service, logistics, marketing, and finance.
