Aspire, a leading fintech platform, is seeking a Growth Strategist Intern in Singapore to drive live campaigns across Asian markets, with a focus on Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking regions. Qualifications

• Native or fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong written English.
• Strong copywriting instincts and the confidence to publish work for real audiences.
• A bias for action and a preference for shipping quickly rather than overanalyzing.
• A data-driven mindset and genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and growth levers.
• High accountability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving fintech environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AI and the ability to apply AI tools to growth and operational efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Run end-to-end growth experiments: define hypotheses, set up tests, execute, and analyze results
• Build high-value partnerships with creators, ecosystem partners, and founder communities
• Create localized content in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English that feels native to each market
• Use AI-powered workflows to scale content production, outreach, and research
• Translate data into insights, iterate quickly, and build scalable growth playbooks
