Tiger Brokers (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a Growth Specialist to support growth in equities and options trading. You will collaborate with the Growth Manager and cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, analyze performance, conduct market research, and coordinate partnerships to drive client engagement and trading activity.

This role suits a proactive, analytically minded individual with an interest in internet brokerage and business growth, capable of supporting regional teams across Asia.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in BD/Marketing/Campaign Management/Product Management.
• Basic knowledge of equities and options trading.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and quick learner.
• English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of growth initiatives in B2C equities and options.
• Assist in market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Engage with external partners and clients to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Growth Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
