Job summary

Tiger Brokers Singapore is seeking a Growth Assistant Manager to support growth initiatives across equities and options trading. You will work with the Growth Manager and cross-functional teams on campaign planning, performance analysis, market research, and partnership coordination to drive client engagement and trading activity.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and an interest in internet brokerage and business growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Campaign Management, Product Management, or related functions.
• Basic knowledge of equities and options trading and market dynamics.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of growth initiatives for B2C equities and options trading.
• Assist in market research, user behavior analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager and cross-functional teams to drive client engagement.
• Engage with external partners and industry contacts to identify opportunities.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
