You will develop proposals, presentations, and contracts while collaborating with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery. This role emphasizes independence, self-motivation, and results-driven performance.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the design and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of design and build processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
