JoHwa Hair & Living PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Lead Strategist to guide business, operations, and growth initiatives.

You will work closely with Directors and internal teams to optimize salon performance, identify new opportunities, and shape the company’s strategic direction. This role involves developing partnerships, overseeing policies, coordinating vendor relationships, and driving company-wide projects from planning through execution.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve salon performance.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
Explore corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and external stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day company operations and ensure processes are followed.
Monitor operational logs, records, and reporting.
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
Liaise with vendors and external partners on operational and business matters.
Coordinate and negotiate with external parties where required.
Ensure vendor relationships align with Johwa's business objectives.
Work closely with the Directors on strategic planning and business initiatives.
Support the implementation of company-wide projects.
Take ownership of strategic and operational projects from planning through execution.
