Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing operations or martech.
• Experience with stakeholder management and project delivery.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Python, data cloud platforms, and data modelling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels using marketing automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to configure and launch campaigns.
• Configure customer journeys using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
• Perform audience segmentation, data validation, and ensure PDPA compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and derive optimization actions.
• Work with data, acquisition, and platform teams to drive engagement and revenue.
