Delivery Hero APAC PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Lead, Marketing Campaigns to shape marketing and affordability strategies across Foodora, Foodpanda and Yemeksepeti. The role focuses on accelerating user growth, increasing platform engagement, and delivering commercial impact.

You will bridge business goals with campaign strategy, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and driving AI-enabled workflows to improve visibility, performance, and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, growth or generalist marketing, strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling 360 campaigns with measurable business impact (ROI, MAU, GMV growth).
• Strong strategic mindset with a problem-solving mentality.
• Ability to extract insights from performance data to identify funnel bottlenecks and optimize channel strategy in real time.
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI capabilities, smart automation and workflow optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate overall country goals into actionable promotional strategies that accelerate MAU acquisition, frequency, and other KPIs across Food & Quick Commerce.
• Leverage learnings to create scalable regional campaign frameworks with local relevance and strong execution across all markets.
• Collaborate with marketing analytics to establish and maintain performance standards for campaigns across markets and verticals.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through collaboration with local teams.
• Leverage AI tools and automated reporting workflows to streamline campaign tracking, reduce workload, and accelerate decisions.
• Maintain oversight of campaign budgets, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable returns.
• Curate and manage an effective promotional vendor mix that drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, and order expansion.
• Partner with the commercial team on joint business plans and top-brand proposals to unlock shared growth opportunities.
