Job summary

EM Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic market expansion and strengthen client engagement in the lift sector for both new builds and modernization. The role requires deep industry knowledge, a track record in tendering, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across projects.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end tender processes, collaborate with procurement and vendors, and ensure profitability while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or tendering within the lift industry.
• Experience in Project Management or leading Project Management teams would be desired.
• Strong understanding of lift systems and tendering landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic market expansion and client engagement for lift projects.
• Identify new leads and build a robust project pipeline with developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead the preparation and submission of detailed cost proposals and tender bids.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per contract scope.
• Collaborate with procurement and external vendors to optimize bid competitiveness.
