Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Wealth Management Auditor in Singapore to lead and participate in risk-based audits across Asia. You will evaluate controls, partner with business and technology teams, and contribute to high-quality audit reporting and issue validation.

The role involves working with senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to strengthen risk governance, enhance processes, and ensure sustainable remediation in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or control functions within financial services, with exposure to wealth management.
• Knowledge of wealth management products and services.
• Ability to assess control design and operating effectiveness.
• Knowledge of fiduciary and wealth management regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end audit engagements across wealth management, including risk assessment, planning, testing, and reporting.
• Analyze business, product, operations, and technology processes to identify risks and control gaps.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls and document conclusions.
• Draft audit deliverables with clarity, accuracy, and actionability.
• Communicate issues and improvements to management in a constructive way.
• Track closure of audit issues and verify remediation evidence.
• Support project management across multiple workstreams and timelines.
• Coaching and feedback within audit teams to enhance performance.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and proactive engagement.
• Monitor regulatory, market, and industry developments relevant to wealth management.
• Support responses to regulatory requests and required reviews.
