Job summary

Kingston Medical Clinic Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support growth by identifying opportunities, building client relations, and assisting in sales and marketing activities. Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Arrange and coordinate business meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Assist in creating digital marketing content using Canva and other marketing platforms where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Perform other business development and administrative duties as assigned.
