You will work with business units and cross‑functional teams across the Group to translate data insights into tangible business outcomes.

You will help manage campaigns, nurture audiences, coordinate events regionally, and ensure data hygiene across platforms while delivering high‑quality assets

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations.
• Proficient with GA4, paid advertising platforms, and HubSpot/Salesforce.
• Proven experience executing email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Good communication skills in English language and a 2nd language, with strong copy writing and messaging skills.
• Hands‑on experience supporting physical corporate events, trade shows, or industry conferences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and present actionable reporting.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver on required assets and campaigns in a timely manner.
• Responsible, proactive, and motivated individual, that is willing to learn and explore new digital marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a good team player across diverse teams and regional units.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximise lead generation and ROI.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM workflows, including lead segmentation and automated nurture sequences.
• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track website traffic, conversions, and user behavior with GA4 and platform insights.
• Coordinate ad copy, landing pages, and creative for seamless user journeys.
• Support both digital and in-person corporate marketing campaigns and events.
