Job summary

HELLO ELLO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive – Growth & Performance to own day-to-day marketing execution across content, paid media, CRM, social commerce and performance tracking.

You will edit video, design assets, write copy, support campaigns, and run ads with tracking to understand what works. This hands-on role blends creative and data-driven growth in a fast-growing age-tech startup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• D2C, e-commerce or consumer product experience preferred.
• Proven experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Comfortable setting up and managing paid campaigns independently.
• Familiar with Meta Pixel, attribution and tracking.
• Good understanding of UTMs and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to edit short-form video and produce basic marketing creative.
• Strong written English and copywriting ability.
• Independent and proactive with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video for social, advertising and product content.
• Design social media graphics, campaign assets and promotional materials.
• Create EDM and newsletter visuals.
• Write and adapt captions, ad copy and marketing messages across platforms.
• Develop simple scripts and concepts for short-form video.
• Support creator, influencer and UGC content production.
• Produce materials for exhibitions, events, partnerships and sales initiatives.
• Maintain consistency across ELLO's visual identity and tone of voice.
