TikTok is seeking a data analytics specialist to support Monetization Product Operations in Singapore. You will analyze performance data, build dashboards, and deliver insights that drive product improvements and better advertising experiences.

Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics, monitor key metrics, and help reduce ticket problems through data-driven process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Solid understanding of statistics and quantitative analysis.
• Strong ability to connect business needs with data insights.

• Perform data analytics on performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Identify factors influencing product growth and set actionable goals.
• Collaborate with investigation/product teams to align factors and actions.
