Job summary

Farmio is building one of Singapore’s fastest-growing food supply platforms, sourcing eggs, oil, rice and essential ingredients for hawkers, cafés, restaurants and F&B businesses islandwide. This internship is hands-on and fast-paced, not a watch-and-learn role.

You’ll be on the ground talking to hawkers, visiting warehouses, testing growth ideas, solving operational problems, and helping the team execute quickly. Opportunity to convert to a full-time role after internship.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on the ground with hawkers and customers.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to test growth ideas and analyze feedback.

Responsibilities

• Visit hawker stalls, coffeeshops, and F&B outlets to gather feedback.
• Speak directly with customers and collect testimonials.
• Help run product sampling campaigns on the ground.
• Support supplier, warehouse, and operational coordination.
• Assist with partnership outreach and business development.
• Execute growth experiments and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership on real business problems.
