Job summary

beIN MEDIA GROUP is seeking a Customer Growth & Experience Manager for APAC to grow customer lifetime value by delivering exceptional experiences across the subscriber journey.

This hands-on role blends data, technology and customer insights to improve engagement, retention and loyalty. You will lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer care, marketing automation and analytics, collaborating with Product, Data and Tech to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in customer growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer experience, digital marketing or related field within subscription, OTT, SaaS, media or tech.
• Proven success improving engagement, retention, satisfaction and LTV.
• Experience leading or partnering with Customer Care or Support operations.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage or Iterable.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; working knowledge of HTML/CSS templating; API and data platform familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty and win-back.
• Lead omnichannel CRM strategy across email, push, in-app messaging and other channels.
• Design automated journeys delivering personalized experiences at scale.
• Develop customer segmentation using behavioral and transactional data.
• Improve campaign performance through testing, experimentation and data-driven optimization.
• Lead Customer Care to ensure exceptional experience across touchpoints.
• Build dashboards and reporting to translate data into actionable recommendations.
