Job summary

Mediacorp Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Digital Platform Engagement Manager to drive growth and daily management of Mediacorp's Microdrama social media on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. You will shape platform strategy, audience insights, content optimisation and community engagement to maximise reach and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in digital content planning and social media.
• Experience in short and long form digital content development/management is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with planning and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth, performance and day-to-day management of Mediacorp's Microdrama social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Leverage data, platform insights and audience behaviour to optimise content performance and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to translate audience insights into future content opportunities.
• Develop and execute platform growth strategies to maximise organic reach, engagement and discoverability.
• Optimise content distribution, posting schedules, hashtags, metadata and platform features.
• Manage publishing, community management, compliance and platform best practices to ensure high-quality execution.
• Coordinate content scheduling, publishing workflows and quality assurance to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Maintain content calendars aligned with content and marketing priorities.
