Job summary

Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking a software engineer to build scalable systems for business discovery and onboarding. You will develop Ruby backends powering responsive React frontends and contribute to ML-driven recommendations and growth experiments.

You will work with data scientists and PMs to translate hypotheses into implementations and participate in on-call rotations, delivering clean, tested code with a strong user focus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience with coding skills in any language.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable systems for business discovery and onboarding.
• Develop robust backend APIs in Ruby powering React frontends.
• Implement ML-driven recommendations and growth experiments.
• Translate hypotheses into technical implementations and A/B tests.
• Contribute to platforms enabling rapid experimentation across growth initiatives.
• Debug production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
