Job summary

Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking a software engineer to build scalable systems for business discovery and onboarding. You will develop Ruby backends powering responsive React frontends and contribute to ML-driven recommendations and growth experiments.

You will work with data scientists and PMs to translate hypotheses into implementations and participate in on-call rotations, delivering clean, tested code with a strong user focus.

• Develop robust backend APIs in Ruby powering responsive React, JavaScript, and CSS frontends.


• Implement ML-driven recommendations, experimentation frameworks, and growth optimization features.


• Work with data scientists and PMs to translate growth hypotheses into technical implementations and A/B tests.


• Contribute to shared platforms enabling rapid experimentation across growth initiatives.


• Debug production issues across the full stack and participate in on-call rotations.


• Write maintainable, well-tested code following team conventions and best practices.
