- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or customer experience.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or tech products is preferred.
- Proven ability to grow and expand customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts for satisfaction and retention.
- Act as primary contact for key stakeholders post-onboarding.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product for tailored solutions.
- Monitor account health and address risks proactively.
- Conduct QBRs and product training sessions.
