Job summary

Growth Data Analyst at ECLERX PRIVATE LIMITED supports customer-growth, product and marketing teams by turning data into actionable insights and reliable reporting across markets. You will own analytics from question to reporting.

You will partner with campaign, marketing, product and data teams to explain what is working, where opportunities exist and what to improve, using SQL, Python and BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or product analytics.
• Ability to understand SQL/Python based pipelines and maintain them.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tool.
• Ability to analyze funnels, cohorts, attribution, retention and explain methodological limitations.
• Experience with data quality checks, metric consistency and root-cause investigation.
• Ability to turn stakeholder questions into measurable analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and present ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define analysis objectives, metrics and measurement plans with stakeholders.
• Analyze customer behaviour: engagement, conversion, acquisition, reactivation and retention.
• Maintain reliable analytical datasets, metric definitions and reporting views.
• Develop dashboards and recurring scorecards to highlight trends and data freshness.
• Validate data across source, pipeline and dashboard layers; investigate discrepancies.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for campaign and marketing decisions.
• Use approved AI tools to support research, analysis and workflow improvement.
