Job summary

Shopee Singapore's Business Development and Partnerships team seeks an energetic intern to contribute to marketing and operations across seller onboarding, adoption and optimization of MS products. You will design dashboards, conduct competitor analysis, and help prepare performance reports for external stakeholders.

The role provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration, GTM activities, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel data analysis functions (PivotTable, XLOOKUP).
• Familiar with scripting languages especially SQL and Python.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator would be a plus.
• Domain knowledge on Facebook, Google Ads and Affiliate Marketing is an advantage.
• Good presentation, writing and communication skills.
• Adapt well in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from sellers and relationship managers regarding MS related products across onboarding, adoption, and optimization.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for external stakeholders, showcasing solutions' performance.
• Collaborate on Go-To-Market activities, develop marketing collaterals (emails, pitches, decks).
• Contribute to process optimization across internal and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks, such as updating weekly performance data and supporting account managers.
• Design and automate tools and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking on product offerings with respect to revenue strategies.
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives and generate performance reports.
