Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) in Singapore seeks an early-career risk management professional to join the Group Risk Management team. You will report to the Head, Group Risk Management and help drive the implementation of the group-wide risk framework across CapitaLand group.

The role involves supporting enterprise risk management programmes, preparing risk reports and dashboards, evaluating investment risk proposals, and enhancing risk systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Real Estate.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, or risk-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Enterprise Risk Management programmes and annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment exercises.
• Facilitate collection, reporting and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and Board committees.
• Evaluate risks of new investment proposals across asset classes and fund strategies.
• Perform financial analysis including cash flow modelling and CAPM.
• Benchmark risk management policies against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives and risk systems enhancements.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with risk policies.
• Drive risk awareness through trainings and communications.
