Job summary

Google seeks a Group Product Manager for Information and Infrastructure Protection to lead the endpoint security portfolio across APAC and beyond. You will guide products from concept to launch, bridging engineering and business teams to shape a multi-year strategy that reduces risk while improving user experience.

The role combines people leadership with individual contributor responsibilities, including hiring, coaching PMs, coordinating across time zones, and delivering scalable security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
• 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
• 5 years of experience building and shipping technical products with AI/ML.
• Experience in product management, including strategy development, product roadmapping, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy for enabling Endpoint Security Risk reduction goals, identifying shifts and translating them into a concrete roadmap.
• Manage and coach a regional team of PMs, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Serve as the site lead for PMs in the APAC region, ensuring the region has a voice in global product decisions.
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept to global launch and scaled adoption with Engineering, TPM, and UX collaboration.
• Own the end-to-end adoption lifecycle of security policies, translating technical mandates into clear, empathetic communications.
