Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Singapore to lead complex security initiatives across Core, Cloud, and hybrid environments. You will partner with engineers and executives to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

The TPM team focuses on safeguarding Google products, advocating for secure coding practices, and creating scalable processes to strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years working with or managing programs related to technical infrastructure.
• Experience with security engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex security initiatives from requirements planning to deployment across Google's infrastructure.
• Lead engagements with engineering partners across teams to drive adoption of centralized security solutions; translate requirements into action plans and mitigate risks.
• Define, track, and report key program metrics to demonstrate risk reduction and program health to executives.
• Align team-level security objectives with broader engineering plans, ensuring commitments are met and blockers surfaced early.
• Drive the development of self-service documentation, training materials, and codelabs to support product teams migrating to secure standards.
