Job summary

Nestle R&D Center (PTE) Ltd in Singapore seeks to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and competitive products and technology / process systems aligned with Global, Zone and Market Plans and the NCE model.

Key focus areas include project management and portfolio leadership to deliver innovations on time and on budget, while ensuring the group provides the right service to markets and product/process development projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project definition.
• Support pipelines or operational strategies definitions.
• Lead project groups to deliver innovations on time and on budget.
• Ensure the group provides the required service to markets and product/process development projects.
• Implement protection/mitigation strategies.
• Lead and develop people and share knowledge.
• Establish close relationships to support factories/markets/businesses.
• Support Product and Process Mastership & Quality by Design.

Job description

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and competitive products and technology / process systems which meet Markets / Business / SBU's needs, consistent with Global, Zone and Market Business Plans and in alignment with NCE model.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT RELATED ACTIVITIES

• Participate in project definition
• Support businesses in pipelines or operational strategies definitions

DELIVER RESULTS

• Team and Project portfolio management to deliver innovations / renovation projects on time, on budget and smoothly into operations
• Plan, organize and lead group to achieve these objectives
• Ensure that the group is providing the appropriate service/support to Markets and or Product and Process Development projects
• Ensure adequate protection strategies

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

• Lead and develop people and their business specific expertise:
• Drive Innovation - using as well internal as external resources (Innovation partnership - INP)
• Ensure optimal use / sharing of available know-how (knowledge management)

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

• Establish close relationships to support the factories/markets/businesses

• Support Product and Process Mastership & Quality by Design
