• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for video game publishing, licensing, and distribution operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate game publishing, licensing, development, distribution, technology, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual terms, legal/commercial risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Support IP matters including ownership, licensing, development, and commercialisation.
• Assist with M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and legal due diligence.
• Support corporate governance and Board matters, including documentation and minutes.
• Liaise with external law firms, corporate secretaries, and professional advisers.
• Manage routine corporate and commercial legal matters independently, escalating complex issues to the Group Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognised institution.

• Legal Expertise: Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation, particularly under Singapore law.
