Job summary

Embracing Future Holdings Limited in Singapore seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, accounting, and group finance functions. You will collaborate with the Financial Controller and support subsidiaries and related companies as needed.

The role focuses on month-end close, consolidation, budgeting, cash flow planning, and liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• ACCA/CA Singapore qualification advantageous.
• At least 5 years accounting, audit, and/or finance experience.
• Experience with Singapore-listed company or SGX reporting advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for timely financial statements.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation to maintain data integrity.
• Assist consolidation of Group financials and prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and advisers for audits and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and internal policies.
• Review subsidiaries' financial information for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist management with financial analysis and evaluation of new projects or investments.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance policies, and procedures; enhance governance.
• Undertake additional finance, accounting, and corporate duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our finance team and support the financial reporting, accounting, and finance functions of the Group. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Financial Controller and management and support subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements and management accounts
• Prepare and review accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to maintain data integrity
• Assist in consolidating Group financials and preparing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial results and reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis to inform financial decision-making
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and professional advisers to coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure accounting records comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International), internal policies, and regulatory requirements
• Review financial information submitted by subsidiaries and related entities for accuracy and compliance
• Assist management with financial analysis, business planning, and evaluation of new projects or investments to support strategic growth
• Strengthen and implement internal controls, finance policies, and procedures to enhance governance and operational efficiency
• Undertake additional finance, accounting, administrative, and corporate duties as assigned by the Financial Controller and management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA Singapore, or equivalent is advantageous
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting, audit, and/or finance experience
• Prior experience in external audit, group consolidation, and financial reporting is advantageous
• Experience with a Singapore-listed company or knowledge of SGX reporting requirements is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
