Job summary

dnata Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Fleet Management Supervisor to lead planning, coordination, and supervision of the airport ground support equipment fleet to ensure maximum availability, reliability, safety, and cost-efficient operations.

You will monitor fleet performance via SAP, supervise maintenance teams, coordinate with operations and vendors, and drive timely repairs and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and servicing of fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure optimum availability and reliability.
• Monitor fleet condition, utilization, and performance, and recommend repair, replacement, or overhaul strategies when required.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting, rectification, and return-to-service of vehicles and equipment during breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Supervisors, Technicians, and Operators involved in fleet maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and contractors to ensure maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and within schedule.
• Monitor maintenance costs, vehicle downtime, service records, and fleet documentation.
• Utilize SAP to manage maintenance work orders, equipment records, fleet asset data, service schedules, inventory requests, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of fleet maintenance records in SAP.
• Monitor work order status, equipment downtime, maintenance costs, and asset performance through SAP reports.
• Ensure all fleet assets comply with regulatory, safety, and company requirements.
• Enforce workplace safety, health, security, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Promote safe work practices, good housekeeping, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Department Head.
