You will lead advisory for LEED and regional certifications, collaborate with architects and engineers, and support project teams from design to completion.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex sustainability concepts clearly.
• Experience with LEED and regional green building certifications.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency strategies and sustainable construction materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to continually learn and apply new green building practices.

Responsibilities

• Consult closely with clients to define sustainability goals for building projects.
• Guide clients through LEED or regional certification processes and documentation.
• Evaluate designs for energy efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Research and specify eco-friendly materials and sustainable construction methods.
• Conduct environmental assessments and advise on site planning and landscaping.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams during design and construction.
• Deliver training sessions on green building practices and reporting.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining strategies, certifications achieved, and environmental benefits.
