Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Archer GRC Manager/Senior Manager in Singapore to lead GRC design and implementation projects using Archer GRC/IRM. You will collaborate with engagement teams, orchestrate workshops, and drive risk-based solutions for clients while guiding junior consultants.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, engineering, math, accounting or related discipline.
• 5–6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Archer certifications: Administrator Expert or Specialist.
• Experience designing and implementing Archer GRC/IRM.
• Experience with Archer product integrations via API.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
• Experience with agile project delivery and UAT.
• Stakeholder engagement and solution development using GRC.
• Strong analytical, written and presentation skills.
• Integrity and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver Archer GRC/IRM technology enablement services across policy, vendor management, risk and audit management.
• Lead workshops and client discussions to foster a risk-aware culture through Archer GRC/IRM solutions.
• Design and architect solutions to automate client processes within GRC platforms.
• Motivate and manage engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Deliver high-quality client services on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
