Job summary

EY Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a GRC Senior who will implement Archer/ServiceNow IRM solutions, lead client workshops, and design processes to meet unique risk requirements. You will guide engagement teams, ensure quality delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across projects.

The role requires a university degree, 3+ years of consulting/industry experience, and relevant certifications in Archer and ServiceNow IRM. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Required: university degree in IT/engineering/mathematics/accounting or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Archer Certified Administrator - Expert or Specialist.
• ServiceNow certifications relevant to IRM and GRC.
• Experience in design, architecture, configuration, and implementation of GRC solutions (Archer/ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience with Archer/ServiceNow product integrations via API/Data Feed Manager.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
• Experience with agile methodology, UAT, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Implement GRC technology enablement services using Archer/ServiceNow IRM (Policy & Compliance, Vendor, Risk, Audit, Business Continuity).
• Lead client discussions/workshops to foster risk-aware culture with ITM enablement.
• Design and architect automated client processes into GRC solutions.
• Motivate and manage diverse client engagement teams.
• Deliver high-quality work within time and budget, manage client expectations.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, inform stakeholders on outcomes.
• Demonstrate deep technical and professional knowledge, stay current on GRC trends.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
