GRC Transformation Lead

Job summary

EY Singapore seeks a risk transformation professional to drive Archer GRC/IRM projects, shaping risk governance and technology enablement for clients. You’ll collaborate with engagement teams, lead workshops, and deliver compliant, scalable GRC solutions across policy, vendor, and risk domains.

With 3–6 years of consulting or industry experience and Archer certifications, you’ll build strong client relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to business development in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, math, accounting or business.
• 3–6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in a professional services firm or large organisation.
• Archer administrator certification (Expert or Specialist).
• Experience designing, configuring and implementing Archer GRC/IRM solutions.
• Experience with Archer product integrations via API or Data Feed Manager.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management processes.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate needs into GRC solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Implement GRC enablement services using Archer GRC/IRM across policy, vendor, risk and audit management.
• Lead client discussions/workshops to foster a risk-aware culture via Archer GRC/IRM.
• Design/architect automation of client processes into GRC solutions.
• Manage and motivate diverse client engagement teams.
• Deliver quality client services and manage expectations.
• Deliver work on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and risk; keep stakeholders informed.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and knowledge.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Stay current on GRC developments and industry knowledge.
