Tanglin Club is seeking a creative, user-centred designer to blend strong visual design with practical digital platform knowledge. The role spans websites, email communications and online surveys, delivering intuitive, brand-aligned experiences.
Responsibilities include UX/UI design, WordPress website management, Mailchimp email campaigns, and SurveyMonkey surveys, with collaboration across Communications and Marketing to achieve business goals.
We are looking for a creative, user-centred designer who combines strong visual design skills with a practical understanding of digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in graphic design who has evolved into UX/UI design and enjoys creating intuitive digital experiences across websites, email communications and online surveys.
You'll work across web, email and digital communications to ensure every touchpoint is visually engaging, easy to use and aligned with our brand.
UX & UI Design
Design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
Improve usability through user-centred design principles.
Ensure responsive designs across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements.
Design, build and maintain website pages using WordPress.
Create landing pages for campaigns and events.
Optimise layouts, navigation and content hierarchy.
Update website content while maintaining design consistency.
Monitor website performance and recommend UX improvements.
Design branded email templates.
Build and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp.
Ensure emails are responsive across devices.
Maintain audience segmentation where required.
Review campaign analytics and recommend improvements.
Design user-friendly online surveys.
Structure questionnaires to maximise completion rates.
Create branded survey experiences.
Produce digital assets including:
Work closely with Communications, Marketing and stakeholders to translate business objectives into engaging digital experiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay current with UX trends, accessibility standards and digital design best practices.
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Design or related discipline.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design and UX/UI projects.
Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
