Qualifications

We are looking for an exceptionally creative and technically skilled Creative Designer & Multimedia Specialist who can transform complex business concepts into compelling visual experiences.

This role combines graphic design, video production, motion graphics, website UI design, architectural visualization, drone cinematography, and AI-assisted creative production. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable designing corporate brochures, producing cinematic project videos, creating engaging social media content, and developing high-quality industrial building renderings.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first six months, you will have established a consistent premium visual identity across our brands, produced high-impact marketing campaigns, built a scalable multimedia content library, and significantly enhanced our digital presence through compelling visuals, cinematic storytelling and immersive project visualisations.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

• Design corporate brochures, reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Create premium marketing collateral for digital and print.
• Design social media creatives across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms.
• Develop banners, exhibition graphics, event branding and advertising creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Video Production

• Plan, storyboard and produce corporate videos.
• Create promotional videos, documentaries and product explainers.
• Produce short-form content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Reels.
• Edit videos using professional motion graphics, transitions, colour grading and sound design.
• Capture interviews and corporate events.

Website & Digital Design

• Design responsive website layouts and landing pages.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Create website graphics, icons and interactive assets.
• Improve user experience through modern UI/UX principles.
• Develop 3D models of industrial buildings, logistics parks, warehouses and renewable energy assets.
• Produce realistic renders for marketing, investor presentations and project visualization.
• Create walkthrough animations where required.
• Support sustainable design communication through visual storytelling.

Drone & Photography

• Capture professional aerial photography and cinematic drone footage.
• Photograph industrial projects, construction progress and corporate events.
• Manage camera equipment and lighting setups.
• Organise and maintain digital media libraries.

Content Development

• Write compelling captions, headlines and marketing copy for visual campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert technical concepts into easy-to-understand visuals.
• Develop visual narratives for sustainability, renewable energy, industrial real estate and battery recycling initiatives.
• Assist in scripting corporate videos and podcasts.

AI-Assisted Creative Production

• Use AI tools to accelerate design, image generation and video production.
• Create high-quality prompts for creative workflows.
• Explore emerging AI technologies to improve creative efficiency.

Experience

• Experience working with industrial, architecture, engineering, sustainability, renewable energy or corporate brands is highly preferred.
