Job summary

NHB National Heritage Board is seeking a Senior Grants Manager within the ECO division to oversee the full grants management cycle, from outreach and application assessment through post-project evaluation.

The role requires analytical rigor, strong writing, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across public, private and people sectors to deliver impact for Singapore’s heritage sector. A 2-year contract with governance responsibilities awaits.

Qualifications

• Background in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, History, Arts, Cultural Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing ability for clear, well-structured documents across formats.
• Experience in grants or programme management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end grants management from outreach to post-project evaluation.
• Assess applications, evaluate heritage merit, oversee budgets, and ensure governance compliance.
• Engage grant applicants and sector partners to align with NHB's grants strategy.
• Contribute to policy reviews and SOP enhancements.
