Job summary

You will support outreach, assessment, budgeting, and post-project evaluation while shaping NHB’s grants strategy with data-driven insights and cross-sector collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Background in Public Administration, Social Sciences, History, Arts, Cultural Studies or Communications would be relevant.
  • Strong writing ability is important for producing clear documents and communications.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in grant management, government procurement, finance procedures or heritage and arts projects is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms is expected.
  • Preferably 4–8 years of relevant experience with a track record in grants or programme management.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full grants management cycle—from outreach and application assessment through to post-project evaluation.
  • Manage end-to-end grant administration, including assessing applications, evaluating heritage merit, overseeing budgets and ensuring governance compliance.
  • Serve as a key contact for grant applicants and sector partners, providing guidance and support.
  • Contribute to strategic development by analysing data and stakeholder feedback to identify trends.
  • Organise engagement sessions and produce clear written communications for diverse audiences.
