A*STAR Skin Research Institute of Singapore (SRIS) and A*STAR Skin Research Labs (A*SRL) seek an experienced Grant Administrator to support the Deputy Director (Resource Management) and Director (Corporate Services) in end-to-end grant management. The role involves disseminating grant calls, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with grant terms across NRF, NMRC, and other funders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Life Sciences, or related fields with at least 2 years of grants management experience.
• Experience in both the Grantee and Grantor administration role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Manage pre-award and post-award grant activities for grants from funders such as A*STAR, NRF, NMRC.
• Liaise with funders and collaborating institutions on grant-related matters.
• Announce new grant calls, outline submission requirements, and set internal timelines.
• Support PIs with budgeting and cashflow projections to facilitate timely grant applications.
• Prepare internal control measures including audits and assist in management reporting.
