Qualifications
- Diploma or degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of the subject you wish to teach.
- Comfortable working with children and/or teenagers.
- Responsible, patient and able to communicate well.
- Open to feedback and willing to continuously improve.
- Ownership of their students and genuinely wants to see them progress.
Responsibilities
- Teach and manage assigned classes
- Plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons
- Track students’ progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide feedback and academic support to students
- Communicate student progress where required
- Support the development of worksheets, lesson materials and curriculum resources
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the learning experience at the centre
