Job summary

HSBC invites graduates to join the Transaction Banking - Securities Services program in Singapore for an 18-month development track. As a participant, you’ll support post-trade operations and gain exposure to custody, depository services, and related products.

You’ll learn through a Global Graduate Induction and a tailored training plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions while building a network across the bank.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Must have a GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
• Recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time work experience, or graduating by July 2027.

Responsibilities

• From day one, you'll join a team protecting client investments and delivering post-trade services.
• Take on projects and gain hands-on experience with HSBC's custody and related services.
• Apply innovation and digital tools to serve clients more effectively.
• Work across Custody, Funds & Depository Services, Agency Lending & Liquidity, Alternatives, Trustee & Fiduciary Services, Digital Data & Innovation, and Business Management.
• Support a safe and efficient operation across global markets.
