Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Technical Project Manager Graduate (Data Center Development) for a 2027 start in Singapore. You will join the Data Center Development team within Infrastructure, supporting end-to-end delivery, standardization, and security system projects across APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in standardization, process improvement, or operational excellence across multiple sites or regions.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field relevant to data center or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center standardization projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage data center security system delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, roles, reporting, and escalation paths for projects.
• Manage project scope and change control to align with objectives.
